Services illustrated include a variety of local, commuter and longer-distance passenger trains, freight originating from the Midlands, and continental boat trains serving Harwich Parkeston Quay. Each photo has a detailed caption with information such as the history of the loco and/or the location.

Contains approximately 200 black & white photographs. 112 pages.
